"Easy access" to key highways transforms this getaway into a "top-of-the-list" homebase for checking out major attractions like the Strauss Performing Arts Center, Henry Doorly Zoo and Downtown; rooms have "plush down comforters" on pillow-loaded beds, the restaurant and lobby are "inviting" and the "spacious" indoor pool is "actually warm"; still, a disgruntled group grouses over a "service level that doesn't quite meet expectations" and the charge for Internet.

Location.
Elevator only on one side of floor.
Nice hotel. Outside looks only OK, but you can tell the inside has been remodeled and the rooms are very nice. The king size room still had plenty of space to put up a pack and play.

Tricky to find.
We were very pleased with this hotel and the price. The room was very attractive, clean, and comfortable. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the server went above and beyond in serving us.
